Skills Insight Limited was founded by Shani Sparkes. Shani began her career over 25 years ago working as a Customer Training Consultant, initially with Bull HN and then Oracle. In 1994, Shani moved into Sales, building and managing Channel partners in Oracle’s Financial Services sector. In 1998, after nearly 10 years at Oracle, Shani built and managed sales teams and alliances partners for dot com companies selling e-commerce and M-commerce solutions across the UK and Europe. In 2001, Shani decided to combine her passion for Training and Sales and became a freelance Sales Training Consultant and Executive Coach. Since then, she has worked exclusively with UK and European corporates, successfully developing the skills of hundreds of sales leaders and sales teams.
Shani’s key strengths as a Facilitator and Coach are her ability to engage closely with individuals and groups, to challenge in a motivational way, and to stimulate thought and change. As a practitioner herself, she shares current sales stories and uses a facilitative approach to generate lively discussions. She makes training very relevant to clients and helps individuals to find clarity and insight.
Shani has a Diploma in Executive Coaching from the AoEC. She is a Graduate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) and holds a Diploma in Training and Development from the CIPD. THE TEAM
Shani also works with a small group of exceptional Associates, also practitioners, with similar backgrounds. All Associates speak English and other European languages such as French, German, Spanish, and Italian. This means that Skills insight can easily scale to meet the requests of large corporates with multi-lingual requirements.
